Rick is an amazing trainer and has boosted my confidence so much, he guides me through my training and gives me feedback all the time, I never ever thought I would enjoy this as much as I am doing and most of this is because of Rick, I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to change their lives for the better.

I treat every client as an individual and ensure the plan is tailored around your lifestyle, family commitments and your current level of fitness. We then tweak the plan as you get fitter to make sure you progress to your goals as quickly as possible.

The secret is keeping it simple. Effective exercise and a sound nutrition plan that is sustainable is the key. No fad diets or complicated plans which are hard to follow.
Once you start seeing results your motivation will kick in and it is easier to stick to.
