Rude Abnoxious Lady was being sarcastic over phone asking 101 questions and her prices were terrible - She wanted to charge hefty prices but when she was supposed to come out she promised one day then didnt come out - we had few days off and we needed someone asap and her constant niggly questions asking and repeating same questions - I wasnt happy with her tone so cancelled it in end - Not happy about the price either - if u even book for lowest clean she was charging high prices and wouldnt budge - tried justify but talked totally bull - do not use

I am truly sorry you feel we overcharged you. We are a small company based in Wolverhampton and travelling outside means a little bit more fuel and time has to be taken into consideration. We were unable to do carry out a consultation as again you were a little far out which we explained. We are a very hard working team and as shown by our reviews we are honest too.

They could not do the job🤔, they sent cleaners that brought no cleaning equipment with them, it is funny and a little bit of a silly company, they sent an old lady to do a really big job, the poor thing could not even stand up straight.

Hello Bobby. We apologise for the mix up. You had requested a standard clean and we sent one cleaner as we do for all our standard cleans. Upon arrival it appeared this was a very big job that would require at least 3 cleaners and there were quite a lot of big bags that needed disposing of.
