I attended a lunch party which was catered by Sabrina and the food was fantastic. We had beef wellington with roasted parsnips and carrots, perfect roast potatoes and tenderstem broccoli. A really fantastic meal, so tasty and perfectly cooked. Pudding was sticky toffee pudding, the leftovers were being fought over by all the guests! I was talking to her and although this was an incredible, delicious meal it seems she can cater for healthy options too, which I liked because it means she can cover all sorts of cuisine and customers. What’s your signature dish?
I am constantly experimenting with different flavours and styles to bring something truly unique to your table. I am currently loving exploring Persian spices and bringing them into more traditional style winter stews for Winter.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I love to get a feel of the clients favourite dishes & style and coming up with new menus for every different event I do that reflects this.
What do you love most about your job?
As pointed out above I love the creativity that comes with being a chef. On top of this there is no better satisfaction that seeing my clients having a great time knowing that I had some help towards this.
