Saap Ver-y good! If you're in the city and craving Thai food, this is the place to go. Amazing food! We got the Tom yum soup, pad see ew, pork leg, and Saap Ver fried rice. My favorite dish was probably the Saap Ver fried rice. So flavorful! The customer service was about expected for a busy Saturday night. Keep up the good work. More...

I just want to say that if you don't order the i-saan style crispy rice salad appetizer here, you are doing this whole thing wrong. A chef once explained to me that Thai food is unique for maximalizing every flavor profile at once, and this dish is the perfect example - it is a complex, delightful flavor bomb. The seafood silver noodle salad and wok-fried noodles are absolutely lovely as well. It took us a few tries to find the gems in the menu, but now that we've found them we will be back very often. More...

This place is really good! It was soft opening when I went; I got the number 19 which is a noodle with the soup on the side, it is perfect for the hot summers here. The place is decorated nice with lots of cultural art and modern looking, the service was on point, as they kept asking us if we were okay! I would definitely come back. Keep in the mind the place is a bit small. The food was good, not strong and overpowering. More...

This place is good if you didn't end up getting to go to dumpling time, it's a great alternative. Just be particular about what you order. I'd stick to the noodles and soups, instead of the curries. You can't go wrong with the coconut soup made vegetarian! Also really enjoyed the pad kee mao! More...

I really love Thai food and I have been to many Thai restaurants in the US, in Thailand and other places around the world. Saap Ver has a cool ambience and a great menu with some wonderful dishes you won't find at generic Thai restaurants and are well worth trying. As for the food, it is authentic flavors of Thailand and one of my favorite Thai restaurants anywhere. I will warn you that spicyness level is rated for Thai folks and even a "medium" on some dishes has some fire. Overall, I highly recommend Saap Ver! More...

Amazing thai food and loved everything else about this place. The location has good vibes and an inviting atmosphere. I got a vegetable roll and it was great, the sweet and spicy sauce complemented well. I got a beef pad see ew and I was blown away. The meat quality wasn't amazing but didn't hinder the dish at all. Pretty legit Thai restaurant . The food is good and served relatively quickly . Once a while I crave for their Krispy pad Thai noodle and is delish . I ate here not 1, 2 or 3x now... What I appreciate is  the owner letting me take my dog inside the resto.... it was not busy at all, but made my dog come inside the resto... since he notice I was hesitant to leave my puppy outside that means a lot to me. Service was on point and she was kept an eye on water refills (that's how you know of the service is great lol). The food was delicious. I ordered the Panang curry and it was comparable to Laos table but a fraction of the price. The grilled chicken skewers with peanut sauce was also delicious and flavorful in addition to the Samosa. I go to Saap Ver pretty often because of its convenient location. One time, Layla and I ordered ahead over the phone, and I asked for my dish extra spicy. When we got there, we saw that they had written "SPICY !!!" on the receipt, with three exclamation points. As you might expect, the dish was painfully spicy--almost too spicy to eat. I have a pretty high spice tolerance, and I considered giving up after only a few bites. So, lesson learned: if you ask for extra spicy, they'll really take it to the next level. More...

The food here is super authentic and very flavorful! My Thai friend brought us here and even she was impressed with the food. The décor is really cute and the staff were very friendly. We ordered the pork leg, crispy rice salad, drunken noodles, and durian and sticky rice. We got everything spicy, and boy was it spicy. I love spicy foods so it was really tasty but my nose was runny and I drank a lot of water. When we ordered the food spicy, the waiter double checked with us to make sure we wanted it spicy because they do not mess around with the heat in their dishes! I appreciated that!! And he kept checking in while we were eating the food, it was pretty funny.I can't wait to come back and try the rest of the food. I loved everything! More...

Authentic, flavorful Thai food that hits the spot. This is the place my Thai friend takes visitors from Thailand to, so you know the food is legit. It's sort of like the low key cousin to Farmhouse Thai. My favorites are all the soups, especially the pork spare rib one, and the whole fish. Watch out for the spiciness level. They can bring on the heat! Medium makes my nose run and is way to spicy for me compared to other places. More...

I cannot list which dishes are better because I love them all. Papaya salad was a bit spicy for me but it was soo good that I tried to continue eating until my face started turning red. Really tasty Thai food! Very large portions and they really have thai food spicy if that's what you are looking for. We had a ton of different dishes but I'll just highlight a few. The pad thai was super yummy and was on the sweeter end (which is my preference). The duck and basil was really dope. On the oilier side but man is it flavorful. It's akin to something you would get at an asian food store of roasted duck with some nice thai flavors. We also got the pad kee mao which was pretty spicy (was sweating bullets). I split 3 dishes between another person and this was honestly overkill. A dish a person is way more than enough. More...

Can I just say how much I appreciate the real ness of this place all the way around Most times when there's a Thai restaurant around, it's been modified to cater to the american palette. This place keeps it real!!  From the food to the staff and the super cute Thai decor. There are three big screens so we were able to enjoy the playoffs and the music, hip hop that kept the place lively and fun. I was on business travel and when I'm away from home, the one thing I miss the most is home cooking. They def do food right. The portions are big, food is packed with flavor and the spice is on point. I was with someone who had never had Thai food before so I kept the heat to a medium. Let me warn those that aren't good with spice, medium had my nose running but coming back for more. We ordered the Chang mai sausage to start with sticky rice  then proceeded for the real deal. Papaya salad with all the crab fixins, crispy pork belly with basil, duck larb salad and radna noodles. Everything was delish and hit the spot. Service was also on point. If I had any complaints, I would just say the watermelon soju concoction I ordered fell a bit short on presentation and taste. It wasn't worth the $20, but we did have enough watermelon for dessert.
