I'd used him a few times and won't be again. Replaced a p-trap under our bath and buckled the side panel. Agreed to deduct the cost of a replacement panel but said he would have to charge to fit it/repair the damage caused. Denied causing the damage (in our new house). Unacceptable. This Company were recommended to me by a neighbour who has been using them for about 8 years. Steve the owner was really helpful during initial phone conversations, suggesting various things I could try to save a callout. After these attempts failed an appointment was made , Steve showed up promptly at the arranged time, went through multiple tests, located my issue and had my system working better than it has for years. He and his assistant worked constantly during the 3.5 hours it took to rectify my issue, were really friendly ,also worked in a very tidy fashion leaving my property as clean as it was prior to the work.
