My whole experience was great, Sam responded to my request promptly and gave me a date for collection immediately but assured me he would pick up sooner if at all possible. I then received a call from Carol who took payment and confirmed date. But to my surprise I received a call the next day to tell me their was a driver in my area and they would collect. I would definitely recommend this company, as just losing my husband and having to deal with this was daunting enough after getting let down several times before by others!! They were brilliant.
