These guys are ace I had three quotes, from other firms before meeting Sean and Phil and they came across really well, so went with them. I am so glad I did. From going through tile shortages (when other firms said they couldn’t get the tiles due to COVID Sean sources them from 50miles away! The team is great Sean, Tom, Phil, Lee and Mo and enough other resources to get the job done, in a really short time frame. From start to finish SM Building and Roofing were top drawer. After getting in touch with them on Facebook, within 24 hours they were out to give us a quote. Whilst assessing the roof we suggested a couple more things that needed doing and before we knew it the list was a long one. Shaun and his guys can tackle any job no matter how big or small. Everything they did was competed to a high standard and they made sure to clean up after themselves. All the team were friendly (especially Phil) and always made sure we knew what was happening. Sean and his team came and rescued a really VERY bad plastering job in a bathroom refurbishment. Sam fixed it up so well there was no trace of the disaster underneath and got the walls and ceiling perfectly smooth. What a pleasure it was to paint!
