My husband and I used to use an out of state tax preparer because he specialized in taxes for people working abroad. My husband passed tragically. I sent all pertinant tax documents to this man and he never worked on our taxes because he wasn't skilled enough to do the research to file them. I have had a tax problem with the IRS for several years, and started out by ignoring the notices that I was sent. One day I received a certified letter, from IRS, that they were going to levy my bank accounts and seize my assets. This was a wake up call for me. I contacted Mr. Block at S.H. Block Tax Services to see if they could help me. The other person on phone, Mr. Block, told me that they could help me, and the process started. It has been quite a long affair, but I finally have some closure to my problem. In December of 2013 we found ourselves in a very stressful situation of owing money to the IRS. The best decision we made during this time was walking into the office of S. H. Block tax attorney. Everyone involved with our case was kind, compassionate and very professional. We were treated like family they worked very hard on our case and kept us continually informed. It was my first time to need an attorney in my life when I received a letter from IRS. Dealing with the case, it was both devastating and a heavy financial burden to me. I have been searching up and down for an honest tax attorney who would be able to tackle the problem at hand. I discovered S.H. Block Tax Services Inc. on their website. Even though they were far from where I am I called for an appointment, Marcy answered the phone and my immediate first impression I felt after speaking with her was that I would be able to get the help I needed by professionals who could get the job done. I visited their offices, spoke with Mr. Block, who directed me towards his assistant Mrs. Diane, whom I have worked with till the case was finally complete. Coping with the situation at hand was entirely stressful for me, but Mrs. Diane had the power to calm me and knowledge that helped me gain hope for the future of the case. She spent her time going over how much she would help me through and through, all in fact based detail. I have never felt more relief.
