What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction is my number one aim.
Seeing a happy client who would recommend me to family and friends is a huge source of personal pride and developing a relationship where clients are comfortable with me being in their homes is essential. Many clients become friends and that means a lot to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was always my aim to work for myself from an early age but my hand was forced early on when the company I worked for made redundancies back in the late 80`s.
Why should our clients choose you?
I always aim to provide a personal service and I believe communication with a client through out the relationship is essential.
I cannot abide seeing shoddy workmanship or lateness. If I`m running late then I will contact the client asap.
