Just had 4 doors fitted by Stevie. He arrived after 8am and had the doors fitted and any mess tidied up by lunch time. Found Sam to be very helpful as he worked around his schedule to fit me in. Thank you Sam for all the work you have done!! Over 70sq.m of laminate floor laid, old kitchen floor taken up and new tiles put down, doors, architraves and skirting boards all changed and new spindles, handrail and newel posts fitted to stairs. Sam has just completed a number of jobs at our home including a loft ladder, loft flooring, a built in cupboard, new skirting boards and architraves throughout, a lean-to at the side of the house and a new front wall. We started him off with something straight forward to see how things would go and he quickly proved himself to be a shining star !! He is a hard working tradesman with old fashioned values who is extremely competent, professional, dependable , friendly and has never let us down in terms of the standard of his work and showing up when he said he would. An old head on young shoulders is hard to find these days but Sam demonstrated a lot of on-the-ground experience for such a young man and he explained everything thoroughly to us with clear firm-fixed pricing from the get-go and is also the sort of guy who we would trust to leave in the house on his own. He is also genuinely decent and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who wants an excellent job done at a very reasonable price.
