Todd runs an excellent RV rental business. His attention to detail and knowledge of the vehicles was outstanding. He has great options and is extremely easy to work with. Very responsive to any need we had before and during our 11 day trip. The Ford Coachmen we rented is an amazing RV and was the perfect choice for our family. We just returned from a two week trip covering 3,000 miles up the West Coast to the San Juan Islands, WA. The sprinter van (Dodge, 21 foot) ran perfectly, averaging 21 MPG. It exceeded all our expectations. It's easy to drive and fits in most stalls. It has all the power needed for mountain passes and the gearing is terrific. On the freeways we cruised at 65MPH at 2,000RPM's, and on the steep downhills it automatically downshifts to govern your speed and avoid excessive wear on the brakes. The cruise control works great too, but not recommended for twisty roads. We often camped off grid (no plug in) with no battery problems and never had to use the generator. Things to bring: We purchased a 3 inch memory foam pad for the bed and it was very comfortable. There are a few rattles (stove for example) where we put a towel under the lid and we removed the rack in the microwave during travel. I brought extra reusable ice packs to help the refrigerator keep cold because we were travelling in hot weather. It has a port for a propane BBQ, but we did not bring one. A small portable BBQ would be a nice addition if you can fit it in your storage (think boat BBQ). As first time renters with no previous RV experience, this was an easy transition from normal driving. It was just us and our 90# lab. The outdoor shower was great for the dog! We will rent again. Todd was a hero! After having our initial plans fall through via an issue from a 3rd party vendor site at the last minute I found Todd. To say that we were given superior customer service is an understatement. He bent over backwards helping out to let me pick up the RV the night before the trip at no extra cost, he was able to quickly turn over and clean an RV that came back the same day for us. He was available 24/7 via phone call to answer any questions I had. Cannot say enough good things. 5 stars. The RV was great and modern and worked out just right for our needs. I preach the gospel of RV Sprinter Rental. Save yourself the hassle of an Outdoorsy or equivalent. I found Rv Sprinter Rental on Google when I was looking for an RV for hire. I was a bit skeptical that they had so many 5 star reviews, but after renting with them, I can say they are all deserved. The RV was in excellent clean condition and you can tell they put in a lot of care into what they do. I dealt with Todd and Thomas everyone was kind and professional. Great experience. We boon-docked most nights and was so nice to have a bathroom & also full oven in the Lexor & cook hot meals (pizza, biscuits, chicken, brownies etc. !) parked along the hwy. Plugged in at a state park one night was nice also with 110 (otherwise the onboard generator does a great job) Todd was ready & greatly helpful when we had a question. While driving to Ventura Beach from Colorado, our RV broke down in Pomona. Having never rented or driven an RV or camper van before, I called Todd and had an easy going conversation regarding the costs and what I could expect. Once I made a reservation and met Todd to pick up the van, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in showing me how to operate the van’s multiple features. Prior to leaving, he made sure I knew that I could call him 24/7 if I encountered any issues. He double and triple checked the tires to ensure our safety.
