Sonal and her team made magic happen at my brother's wedding in September. Thanks to the SJS events team, our guests (and we, as hosts) got to enjoy the party of our lives, without a hitch - and none of it would have been possible without Sonal's consulting, planning, and coordinating services. It's hard to remember everything that the SJS team contributed to the wedding weekend. They were understanding and sensitive to our families' needs, they shared their wedding wisdom and advice freely, even if it wasn't always exactly what we wanted to hear - and thank goodness they were honest, because they were always right. I wish I had been keeping notes on everything they did for us, but I was busy enjoying the party! It was completely stress-free. Every vendor they recommended was a superstar; and every other vendor, they brought up to their level. I have never seen my entire family on-time, much less early, for anything, but the SJS team made it happen with solid planning and great communication. They were laser-focused - no detail was too small or too large for them to handle.There are a hundred things more that I am forgetting and probably a hundred things more that we will never know they took care of. I have never heard of a wedding where literally nothing goes wrong, until I was part of this one. If you are considering Sonal and her team, reach out to them! THANK GOD FOR SJS! We were having a 3-day destination wedding in Aruba and had no idea how much work it would be. We knew we wanted a wedding planner to help us coordinate everything from contract negotiations with vendors to flower arrangements for our wedding reception and are so glad that we went with SJS.
The whole team really delivered and helped make our wedding weekend incredible. Sonal and Ginny were always available whenever we had any questions and were there to offer their expertise when we needed advice. They helped plan out every detail of our wedding weekend before arriving in Aruba – so when we actually arrived, everything went flawlessly and we were stress-free. Of course, every bride & groom is stressed the weekend of their wedding, but we were actually able to enjoy all of our events because we had the SJS team looking out for us and handling any issues / concerns on our behalf. Sonal, Ginny, and her team have been amazing! It was the best decision I made right after we got engaged. From our first conversation to the 9th version of our timeline, Sonal and her team have been extremely apprised of every detail. Their experience in this business is clear as they have guided us in the right direction every step of the way. They have saved us money and done all the hard work in terms of contacting our vendors, negotiating contracts, organizing site visits, booking vendor rooms, suggesting things to make our wedding spectacular, guiding us in our shopping in India, sending weekly notes on what they are working on and what we should be working on, promptly responding to all requests, etc. Its no surprise that they are the best in the business and I know they are the one vendor who is going to make our wedding once in a lifetime. If youre looking for a planner that is going to care about your wedding as much as you do, there is only one choice!
