From writing/checking policy documents to advising on or assisting with handling disciplinary or capability issues, the combination of my legal background and real world HR experience enables me to offer varied options to employers.
I am experienced in advising on managing large scale projects such as redundancy, TUPE transfers and restructuring of organisations. I also advise on handling of ACAS Early Conciliation claims and COT3, along with standard settlement agreements to end employment.
