Ruth's Chris Steak House - Pikesville - MD

I cant even start to describe how beautiful it was on the inside and outside of the restuarant, I walk in and the door is held by a waiter who waits for you. You are automatically seated and given a beautiful set up and after you get to look over the menu for 10 to 15 minutes while you look over all of the wonderful foods they have there, such as steak, chicken, salads, side wines, drinks, and so many more things. When your ready to order, a waiter will come to take your order, but these are not just you plain old waiters, they ask you how you are and they have a great sense of humor. Our waiter "Martin" recommended me the "Crab Bisc" and me not knowing what in the world that is I replied are they like the biscuits at red lobster, and turns out it's not biscuits l, its actually a delicious soup with chunks of delicious meat. After our meal of savory food and lots of laughter and conversation, we were asked about dessert and I swear to you those desserts were some of the best looking good tasting desserts I've ever eaten. I came here for the first time for my birthday dinner, absolute best steak I have ever had. Our waiter explained the history behind the restaurant and described exactly as the meals would come out.

Omg I love this place. The staff is top notch. The stuff chicken breast is soooo flavorful and just delicious. I always want to try something else but it's so good that I just have to get that each time.

I love coming here come, service is excellent I come atleast 2 times out the week.   I usually come to the bar by myself and my fav bartender Ashlei is a sweetheart in taking care of my service she usually welcomes me and is excellent with the quality, time and service, as well as the other staff members.  I'm a local resident of this area and since I've been coming to Ruth Chris this year has been the mkst enjoyable most importantly because of the bar staff.  I'm a loner when I eat but they always make me feel welcomed, converse with me and are very friendly More...

I admit it, I love the high end steakhouses. That succulent medium rare bovine flesh is what rings my bell. I recently imbibed at RC on Reisterstown Road and it met my expectations. After our horrible experience at The Prime Rib Baltimore we decided to go back to our old standby Ruth's Chris and we were not disappointed. From the drinks to the appetizers to the entree everything was delicious. We tried the 40 oz porterhouse for two. Needless to say we couldn't finish it. The service was perfect (thanks Val!). I know, I know... Why would a pescatarian even go to a steak house? It was for a work happy hour. I had the cucumber cup to drink and the "vegetarian plate" as my entree with an added 6 shrimp. I hate when restaurants put in such little effort into their vegetarian dishes. It was called Vegetarian plate and didn't have a description. It was any three veggie sides or potato sides for $25. I chose au gratin potatoes, steamed broccoli, and asparagus. Broccoli was pretty meh, others were real good. Cucumber cup was amazingly refreshing and balanced. The 6 shrimp were a decent size but cost $15. There are definitely better places to get this kind of food for cheaper, but rest assured, vegetarians, you can eat here. More...

We loved the dinner. During restaurant week, prices were reduced. We chose the steak house salad and the ceasar sald. As appetizer we had bang bang shrimp. We had filets and center cut pork as our entrees. We ordered mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, fries, sweet potatoes, creamed spinach, and onion rings as sides. Two of us ordered alcoholic drinks. The peach sangria and the blue malibu were great. For dessert, we had cheesecake with either blueberry or apple topping.All in all, we had a great time for around $500 with tip.
