I have followed Paige and Laura's work for years, and when the time came for our wedding, I dreamt of having them be in charge of taking our photos. As a photographer myself, I was incredibly picky about this.The two flew half-way across the world to capture our day, and went so above and beyond from their non-stop coverage, to capturing every detail in our style and aesthetic and entertaining all our strange requests.They are so considerate, supportive and willing to accommodate every request. We can't say enough good things about working with Paige and Laura. They were so easy to work with from the time of booking through the wedding, and delivered on all dates and promises. If you're thinking about booking them then you can rest assured you'll be in good hands. But the main reason that you should go with them is because they both have such great vision and are able to bring out the best of your wedding and venue. They find the minutiae - all the details that we poured ourselves into for months - and captured it so beautifully. A lot of wedding photography looks so generic and similar but Paige and Laura have an amazing aesthetic that we did not come across in any other photographers. We can't stress enough how much of a joy it was to work with them and have them as part of our wedding. They honestly made it that much better. One last thought, even the people we shared our photos with, noticed the quality of Rust and Bark. We got a ton of feedback and it just made for one last feel good moment about our wedding. We worked with Rust & Bark for both our engagement shoot and the day of our wedding. My husband and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with such a talented duo. We went into this experience at first a little hesitant having usually felt quite awkward in front of a camera. But they were able to make us feel so comfortable and were able to capture such special and intimate moments on both occasions. We couldn't be more pleased with how the photos turned out. They are just stunning! We envisioned our day being represented in a particular non-traditional/unique way and they were able to capture that vibe perfectly. Looking at our photos we are able to relive those moments over and over and to be able to have these captured so perfectly for forever is priceless. I'm honestly sad that we have to say goodbye to Rust & Bark and that we no longer have an excuse to work so closely with them.
