I want to thank Joe Russo for yesterday's emergency service call. I was desperate and my daughter, Deana, hooked me up with Joe's number. Joe came out within the hour and rotted my clogged and frozen toilet line. He had me up and flushing in record time. He also put tarps down to protect my wood floors -- which I greatly appreciated. I am greatful for his help and want to thank him and his wife for being understanding about this late in the day emergency call. Sorry I ruined your dinner hour. Great five star service. Leaking main and water heater as well as relocated my water meter. Did an awesome job of getting the job done quickly and to my satisfaction. Friendly, answered all of my questions and welcomed me checking on his work. Just checked and I have hot water and no leak.

Best of all, the price was well below others as much as 1/2 the price doing more work. In my book a win-win. Also the 6yr on my water heater and 2yr warrenty on labor is better then others presented.

Last thing I want to touch on, I had a valve on my hot water outtake that he pointed out as unsafe and illegal to have installed. It could effectively turn the water heater into a bomb, which I completely understand is not safe. I had out 3 guys, he was the ONLY one to mention that even though the others pointed to it and said they would change over the other valves to that type(Ball Valve). He also was the only plumber that entered my space and showed me hos plumbers card.

We contacted Russo’s Plumbing yesterday morning to replace our sump pumps. John & Joe Russo were able to come out yesterday afternoon. The last plumber we had in did not do such a great job and things were not up to code. Joe explained everything to us, what needed to be done to correct the situation, bring up to code and cost to replace the pumps. Work was done in a very timely manner, they cleaned up after the job was complete, showed us how everything was working and job was done at a reasonable price. John came to our house on a Sunday evening without even a hint of hesitation. He was able to diagnose the problem with our shower over the phone, and had the issue corrected in a matter of minutes. We had a leak dripping on our water heater from corrosion of a copper/steel contact. Johnny came by and addressed the situation quickly- no more leak on our water heater! ! We returned from vacation to a broken water heater. With 3 kids under the age of 4, we needed to be back up and running ASAP. I called at 11am, John and Joe were at my house by 2pm, and were done by 4pm. They were fast and thorough. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it.
