Your driver/septic pumper was very professional and told me the condition of my septic system and what/what not to put in a septic system. He pumped both tanks and made a visual inspection of the surrounding area of the sand mound system for any leaks. I would highly recommend Russell Reid Waste Management. I’ve been using Russell Reid for a decade and wish I learned about them 20 years earlier!

Ben is the serviceman that always arrived and each property the first time he triangulated the position of the tank lid by measuring off the corners of the house and drew me a diagram on the receipt to simplify locating the tank for future service calls.

Had a plug up of septic system on Saturday night. They were out at 9:30 am Sunday morning to respond. Not only did they take care of the problem but it was done in a professional, efficient manner making sure that we understood each and every step that was taken. GREAT JOB!!!

I was extremely pleased with Russell Reid! I currently live in Florida and have a rental property in New Jersey. They had issues on a Friday afternoon. I called and spoke with Jim who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained, due to the inclement weather in New Jersey they were short staffed but was very sympathetic to our issue and tried to see if he could help us. Despite the staffing issues and weather....he was able to send a crew to our New Jersey property. Once they arrived, despite the cold and snow, they worked very hard to make certain our tanks was empty. The tenants were very pleased and and a result, I would highly recommend this company.
