I messaged this company on Sunday evening about having my carpets cleaned! By Monday the guy was here giving me a quote and today (Wednesday) the job has been finished. I’m amazed at the job he did, my cream carpet was covered in sticky medicine, coffee stains and some very bad stains from my little girls vomit. From the initial call till the job was completed, Richie was polite, considerate, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a large lounge carpet done plus stairs and landing and toddler’s bedroom. Thanks Richard, a brilliant deep clean of all the carpets (amazed you got that black spot out in the downstairs cupboard where we had a boiler leak, I'd scrubbed and scrubbed that bugger and couldn't get the stain out, so brilliant job) Will defo recommend you to others! Couldn't recommend enough! So helpful, friendly and professional. Richie let me know what he was doing, talked me though his process and left the whole house clean fresh and only mildly damp, compared to machines that have saturated the floor for days, I could walk on the floors immediately.
I will 100% be asking him back every year for the spring clean. Affordable and a great job. If you are unsure whether to hire a machine and do it yourself or invite Rich over, I promise you the job he does is far superior. More...
