I am in a very deep state of grief and was having a really bad day. I was contacted by the owner and we reestablished communication and apologies offered and accepted.
I could not delete previous post, which is exactly why one should be careful with words.
Ms. Pamela does excellent grooming and they are fast and efficient. I continue to solicit Rudy's Paws and highly RECOMMENDED.

BLACK LIVES MATTER!
THIS BUSINESS IS VERY RACIST...TRAILER TRASH MENTALITY.
I CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE BOOKED FOR SEVERAL WEEKS.
HOWEVER THEY ARE NOT THAT BUSY CUZ THEY DON'T EVEN ANSWER PHONE OR ARE OPEN MORE OFTEN THAN NOT.
OWNER ACCIDENTALLY CALLED MY PHONE AT UNAWARES AND I HEARD EVERYTHING SHE SAID ABOUT ME.....TALKED ABOUT ME LIKE I WAS WORSE THAN A DAMN DOG...INHUMANE. I WILL NEVER EVER CONTACT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

What a GREAT place for pets! We took our black lab retriever there today after a horrible experience with a pet store in Cedar Hill. Rudy's didn't force us to medicate him like the other place. They released him to a yard full of toys for as long as he wanted (2-3 hours) instead of putting him a cage for hours.The appt ran late with our permission due to his playing in the yard, versus the appt running late because he was in a kennel/cage with 15 other caged/kenneled dogs & being curled up in a ball whimpering for hours (Petco's statement) until they sent my daughter back to get him out of the cageThey said he was fine & in no way 'kennel aggressive' as the other place claimed, nor was he afraid of the other dogs as the other place claimed - he has 3 other male dogs that come over often & he's never been aggressive.Rudy's was not overbooked at all, while the other place claimed overbooking (on weekends) is standard.Yes, go to Rudy's with your pet! I highly recommend anyone who has a pet they cherish and love to patronize Rudy's Pawsome Kingdom. Take my advice as I have used several local pet grooming establishments within the past years and none have came even close to the service I and my pets received from Rudy's P. K today. The staff is extremely friendly and the facility is so awesomely well pet friendly decorated. My two miniature schnauzers were so comfortable and happy with their grooming experience. Both of my babies were so beautifully groomed, I almost didn't recognize them. I am taking my 3rd miniature schnauzer to them soon. I am confident and over the moon excited to see her results.
