I said when arranging sales visit that I was limited for time and needed to save money. Unfortunately all they did was take our current bill and take a few pence off, this price would then escalate in the future of the 7 year contract. Salesman & lady didn't know whether the phones were power over ethernet. They promised to confirm prices on email but didn't and were so upset that I didn't sign on the day they took away the biscuits they brought with them. nice people promised would cost same as or less than our curreny outgoings. First quote was condiderably more came and did new quote which they said was less but never saw it in writing, Did some research found we could do it ourselves some initial cash outlay but expect future outgoings be half or less in coming years. Kieren had all the time and patience in the world for us as we were moving assets in at the same time as he was sorting the new HiHi phones out. He did everything perfectly as we asked and was a genuinely nice young man. He also sorted out our printer for us and connected it to the network.
