Highly recommend. I think this is the best massage I've had in town. I have really stiff shoulders and back since I have to sit almost all day for the desk-based working. Sompong (Gay) is an experienced therapist; she did an amazingly good job on my shoulders, neck and especially the sore muscles under shoulder blades. Those spots are hard to treat, but Sompong (Gay) did it. My body felt immediately released after 1.5 hours of massage. Ruan Mai is hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. I went in feeling stiff after a long tour bus trip, and in just over one hour I walked out feeling loose and relaxed. Traditional Thai massage and stretching really does work incredible well. The staff and practitioners are very welcoming and helpful. I recommend everything! Had a 45 minute back, head and shoulder and it was amazing! Such lovely friendly people, very chatty and very welcoming. The decor is lush.. This place got me up and about again after a few days of painful lower back issues. For those familiar, this is actual traditional Thai massage like I’ve only had in Thailand and the therapist did an awesome job. She was not gentle, but was able to work out all my tight spots enough so that I was able to move more freely and enjoy the rest of the vacation thanks to her help! Have been using Gay for a number of years now.Decided to take my partner for a treat massage at Gay's new premises on Blair Street, the day before we were going on holiday WOW! ! An hour and a half of deep tissue massage and hot stone treatment, all I can say is excellent. Gay is excellent and very thorough. She works in a methodical manner around the body, identifying pressure points with ease thus remedying aches and pains immediately, leaving you feeling unequivocally refreshed and exhilarated.
