I first saw Rua at a corporate gig where I was blown away with his close up magic. Recently I reached out to him to come along to one of my kids birthday parties. We had a mix of parents, cynical 20-somethings, teens and 10 year olds. Everyone was blown away!! The whats app group was going nuts for days with parents raving about how the kids were trying to learn magic tricks of their own and googling "magic school" to sign up. The entrance of my beautiful wife vs. Rua’s deception master class generated a close call in the open mouth stakes on the day of our wedding. Whilst the wife just about shaded him, I can’t recommend Rua enough. He was the perfect form of entertainment at our reception to get the ‘craic’ going & more than generous with his time. With guests hailing from far & wide, Rua proved approachable, engaging and communicated through the universal language of magic. His reception repertoire guaranteed guests were dazed and confused way ahead of schedule & 8 months later, people are still developing theories pertaining to instant fire, car keys going missing & some pretty extravagant mind control! We hired Rua for our wedding and couldn't recommend him highly enough. People are still raving about him to me nearly a month later. It was the perfect way to keep the guests entertained and really put everyone in such great form and got both sides really mingling with one another. Just had Rua for a "Ladies Lunch" in Limerick on Saturday. he had the whole room amazed & in awe of his work. He blended in with everyone and mingled amongst small groups whilst giving the others time to chat amongst themselves and enjoy the afternoon. Highly recommend.
