I love going to this gym! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the coaches are very knowledgeable. I’m obsessed with kickboxing thanks to my awesome coach, Mitch. His workouts are so fun and you will definitely get a good sweat going. We brought our kids here during spring break to see if its something our son would be interested in, and we instantly loved it! Our son tried MMA and Kids Rumble Fit. He had a smile on the whole time while training. His coaches were very hands on with teaching him, while being very motivating. He felt so welcomed and loved how everyone was cheering him on and asking how he was doing. I can tell, this is a place where you are treated like family. This is the best gym I've ever been to!
The trainers are a wealth of knowledge who taught me at least one new, mind-blowing thing every class.
The workouts are guaranteed to get you to the next level, and then the next one, and another - as far as you're willing to go.
This place that'll take you to where you want to be. I'd recommend it to anyone.
