In a very competitive space in a busy town there is no 1 on google local and then there are no's 2 thru infiniti. 1 gets 75% of the traffic, 2 thru infiniti shares the rest. Rtb made me understand this and got me to no 1 plus set me up with a top notch website. Business has doubled since!

We needed a partner with the appropriate expertise for a big job that required a number of specialist programmers. I had seen some of RTB's work, and to be honest we are competitors but sometimes you need some help and together we did a really good job.

I just needed a basic website (I thought) for my local plumbing business. Knowing nothing about online marketing I was pretty naive in my concept of what I needed but Gary and the team were very patient and I now have easily the best tradie website in the Alice or NT for that matter! Tx boys!

I was referred to RTB by a mate of mine who had them do some work for him. His website looked pretty flash so I decided to give this mob a go. I'm pretty happy with the result! Gary listened to what I wanted then came in with a healthy dose of reality! They kept me informed all the way and completed before the deadline and smack bang on budget. Will definitely recommend RTB Web Design to anyone who needs a functional, modern website.

RTB have created a sleek professional website for my T shirt business at an affordable price. Content is king and Gary and the team make it easy for a non-techead like me to have control over what is on the site. The auto price update is genius!

Great design and sound layout. The team at Rtb.pw listened to my ideas, added their feedback and came up with a mockup within a week. I gave the okay and the completed website was ready in 3 weeks after a few revisions.

Great job guys I'm ecstatic with the end result!

I am very happy with the new look website RTB Ltd has designed. Gary and the team consulted with me and suggested a user friendly design that is leaps and bounds from my previous site. Everyone I have consulted likes the look & feel of it. I am getting more leads and customers as a result of the user friendly, seo optimised layout. Rtb you have both thumbs up from me!

RTB Ltd Q&A

RTB Ltd Q&A

What makes a great website?

Your website is your first digital impression and you want to make sure it’s a great one. It should reflect everything you want potential customers to know and remember about your business. To marketers and other business owners who have been around for a while, this is nothing new. Successful businesses are always trying to improve the quality of their websites to meet the needs of their users. Often times, people are visiting your website because they are seeking out something. You want to ensure that they are finding what they are looking for quickly and with ease. You may have the most amazing business model and offer extraordinary customer service, but with a poorly functioning website, you could miss out on a significant amount of business and ultimately make a bad impression.
This year, more than ever, the quality of your website will be more critical than ever before. Since it’s likely that your competitors have an incredible website, expectations are high, and you must at least meet the bar, if not exceed it. If you want to stay in the game, you’ve got to have a website that makes it easy for your users to browse your products and services, make purchases, and to interact with your business.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

1. What does your business actually do?
2. What do you want your site to accomplish?
3. Do you have a website already?
4. What makes your company remarkable?
5. Who are your competitors?
6. What websites do you like and why?
7. Who exactly are your customers and what are their pains?
8. What features do you want your website to have?
9. How will you record your results?
10. Do you have a style guide or any existing collateral?

Describe your creative process.

The designing stage is arguably one of the most important stages of a web project. It typically involves giving shape to all the information defined in the planning stage. The main deliverables upon completion of the design phase are documented site structure and visual representation of the website.
A web designer should not only be technically proficient in web design platforms and associated technology, but also a creative individual who can think out of the box.
All web designers have a different creative process that allows them to achieve their designing objectives. But at its very core, the creative process for every successful designer remains the same. Find out what the client wants, get a visual representation of this and brainstorm from there.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?

A basic idea of what type of website the client needs, what websites they take their inspiration from, preferably competitors, what their clients need, budget and timeframe.

What do you love most about your job?

I love taking an idea, usually a clients, and making it reality. The satisfaction of completing a project, under budget, within the deadline and to the customers satisfaction should never be underestimated.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Being my own boss and being able to work with clients directly. You have a dream, I would like to make it a reality.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am a professional with many happy clients. I live, eat, breathe, sleep & dream digital marketing.

KC Auto Electrical

KC Auto Electrical Services are one of the leading providers in their field in the NT. BUT, and it's a big BUT, they aren't on Google Maps, Google local and don't even have a website. Boy are they in for a surprise, they are going to have (almost) more clients than they can handle once RTB has fixed these issues!
