My store manager and I have recently attended a one day website building course with Kathy Rustell locally, her approach, experience and genuine empathy towards my specific business needs was literally like “a breath of fresh air” Although the information required is pretty full on Kathy has the ability to sense any difficulties the trainee may have on any area of the course, and deals with it professionally, patiently and carefully until she is satisfied the info has sunk in and registered. I can not recommend Kathy highly enough, her thoroughness, attitude and manner teamed with her wealth of knowledge makes the training so enjoyable and relaxed, and every question raised is answered, explained and indeed often physically demonstrated in the live web training session there and then. Also Kathy offers refreshers for anyone who simply wants to go over things once more if that is required.
