RSM repaired my roof (Yorkshire slates) in 2020. Also to stop a leak on the front bedroom window. As soon the scaffolding was taken away and it rained hard it carried on leaking in as it was before the job. I have asked Robert Mitchell to come back and check the top of the wall to see if it isn't sealed on the top. He has not replied for months so he is not honouring his guarantee. More...

RSM removed old guttering and replaced and removed/replaced ridge tiles. Caused damage to upvc windows which have had to be replaced. He refuses to pay and has disappeared from address given on guarantee/invoice. Guarantee is worthless. Would not recommend them. More...
