Stretch is one of the best personal trainers there is. He’s very knowledgeable and knows his craft. I’ve been working out the majority of my life, but whenever I go in for a session with Stretch I always learn something new and my form and strength gets better every time. Amazing personal trainer! If you're looking to lose weight, tone up,  or have someone to motivate you to achieve your goals, I highly recommend hiring Shelton. I've never had a proper trainer before (especially one on one), so I was nervous to begin this journey, but Shelton is super friendly and professional. In just a little time, I see results, and I'm learning a lot on how to properly workout. Shelton focuses on proper form and how to not injure yourself. I've always found the gym to be intimidating and stuck to the treadmill and simple ab workouts (which is not effective), but after a couple of sessions with Shelton I feel confident in myself and my newfound knowledge on gym equipment and movements to target certain areas (and most importantly how to do it all correctly). I'm excited to continue learning and growing from Shelton, and I highly recommend him if you're ready to make a life change.(He’s also incredibly patient!) More...

Can’t recommend Shelton highly enough. My husband & I had a 1 hour PT with him when we were on vacation in LA from Scotland . I follow Shelton on IG and though it was the hardest hours training we’ve both done he was great to train with,fab variety of exercises and great help on technique & generally nice guy ...he was super helpful with any queries I had before leaving Scotland and any i’ve had since getting back on training & diet,always very quick to get back. Stretch is very knowledgeable not only in helping me get stronger but also working around my injuries. I’ve always had lower back pain from standing, walking, sitting too long but with his training there is little to no pain at all. During our work outs he’s always attentive to my injuries and adjusts the workouts as needed if my knee or back starts acting up. He’s been awesome to work with and is highly recommended. More...

Stretch is the man! I workout with him once or twice a week and I’m sure I’ll never stop. He keeps things interest, always changing it up, and is very good about monitoring and correcting my form. Even if you can’t commit to a personal trainer on a regular basis, if you have any interest in getting / staying in shape, you really need to come take a few classes and learn how to work out properly. Now when I hit the gym for my solo sessions I get real results, no more lame jogging and same old free weight routine for an hour, thanks to what I’ve learned from Stretch I can get in, go hard, and get out - that’s super valuable. Stretch was a great trainer. Makes you feel comfortable which I find is the hardest part about working out. He checks in with you regularly to make sure you are keeping up with your goals. He pushes you to do more than you realize you can. I noticed results pretty quickly. I injured my knee outside of the sessions but he helped keep me on pace without further injury. I truly enjoyed learning from him and had to take a break only due to personal reasons. Would definitely recommend and work with him again. More...

Stretch is an amazing person and trainer. He’s not only help me lose weight but also kept tabs on my dieting and eating habits. He will listen to your needs and work passionately until those needs are met. 5 Stars!I love working with Stretch. Here is the list I’ve made of everything he does well.1. He knows my fitness goals and works with me on a daily basis to monitor my progress. He even checks in with me about diet and stress. He is always suggesting something new to add to my diet, or something to eliminate 2. He is flexible. Life happens and sometimes we run late or sometimes we are swamped at work. He is understanding and will make it a point to work around your schedule.3. He is not boring. Stretch is an awesome trainer! He's punctual, flexible with schedule and location, and has great communication. I like that every session is different, he switches up the muscle groups and exercises, and is very involved throughout - correcting form and checking in so you always get the most out of your workout. Stretch is great! He's awesome at tailoring sessions to my needs. When I've had injuries or needed to take it easy, Stretch has always obliged with an awesome workout. He's knowledgeable and cares about my goals. Every session builds upon the last. That means new challenges every time you come in for a workout. Desperately wanting to get my health under control, I searched for personal trainer. I am very overweight and wasn't sure that I would find a trainer willing to stick with me through this long journey.  I was fortunate to meet and train with Stretch.  He is so patient and supportive.  He genuinely cares about my health and customized a work out plan specially for me.  His exercises are truly changing my body.  I am wearing jeans I could not previously zip up.  I buckled an airplane seat belt--a huge milestone for me!   I am walking better and even starting to run. I met Stretch off LinkedIn and he was very professional.  I stumbled across his profile and we talked briefly before meeting. Once I met him I knew he was very passionate about training and helping people achieve their fitness potential. I got a chance to have a training session with Stretch on 11/9 and I felt really good. It's been 2yrs on and off with consistent working out but I haven't been in the gym for about a month. Stretch guided me back into the routine smoothly and easily. I wasn't exhausted and out of breath. I actually felt stronger and ready to get back into running. I have a slight shoulder injury and he showed me some basic stretch moves for me to do at home that could increase my range of motion. I would highly recommend anyone at any level to train with Stretch. I would continue training with him as well to achieve my fitness goals. Also, the gym at which he trained me at was very clean. Nice music and very nice people working out. The other trainer were very personable. They said hell and bye to you when entering and leaving. Small community but not intimidating at all. Being a physical therapist, I honestly thought I know more about bodies, muscles, workouts.. But I was wrong. When I got trained by him, I was amazed by Stretch being extremely well-trained, experienced, knowledgeable, creative and passionate about fitness and training. Other trainers I met before didn't know much about physiology and strengthening/conditioning in details. I have no problem having my injured clients or athletes working out with him, because he knows how to adjust training according to their needs and levels. More...

Well..he kicks my ass. Stretch is a great trainer and an ass kicking into shape is exactly what I needed. I came to him for weight-loss training and it's everything I could have hoped for and more. I need variety in my workouts to keep me interested and that's exactly what I got. I'm on my 3rd month in training with Stretch and I love it, not only has he made my workouts great but it's made me more dedicated to incorporating exercise  (and running, which I'm not a fan of!) into my everyday life. Stretch is pretty awesome. I'm on my third month with him and I am very well on my way to my fitness goal! I went to stretch for weight loss and toning up a bit. He helped me with what I'm eating by checking in frequently and my training session with him is super fun as well. He's very good about correcting postures which I appreciate a lot since I have pretty be posture. Stretch is awesome!!! He is knowledgeable and supportive.  I've had the opportunity to work with him individually and in a class, he makes training fun, using a variety of techniques and tools.  He focuses on proper form and is able to instruct his students in a  positive, and respectful manner.  He has encouraged me to take stretching more seriously, and I have really noticed a difference in both my flexibility and strength since taking his classes.  Stretch is the best! Stretch, he is an amazing guy.I met him as a trainer at the Gold's gym, and by the time I met him I had hurt my back really badly from my work and that was when he suggested me ways to relax my muscles and it eased my pain a lot. Even after then, he kept checking on my back pain in order for me to get proper training without hurting the back.Very understanding and takes time to listen to your needs!He looks very closely to the postures when it comes to the squats and other workout moves and corrects it every time I'm over pressuring my bones and muscles.I have tendency to have wrong posture when it comes to squats, but after him correcting me many times. damn my legs were toned (; Now that I am writing the reviews about him..
