We had RS Entertainment work out wedding and it turned out wonderfully. Everything went so smoothly! They were easy to contact and discuss details beforehand. Ryan helped a lot with good advice and suggestions when I was lost. We had Ryan officiate the ceremony as well. They really kept the wedding rolling and helped us stay on schedule as well as keeping our guests happy and engaged with the party. We also used their photobooth services and the guest really loved having a photobooth there. It was truly wonderful having RS at our wedding and the day could not have gone any better. If you are looking for an awesome DJ for your reception then look no further than R.S. Entertainment. Ryan did an awesome with all our music needs. He made sure that there was nothing we forgot about for our big day. He knew exactly how to get my guests up and dancing as well as when we needed slow songs to bring our heart rate back down to normal. Did I also mention that he is an officiant. He married my husband and I as well. He had everything written out and we had input about everything we wanted him to say including the order of everything during the ceremony. We were also able to order our linens through him. The linens were perfect and cheaper than most places in the area. It was nice that everything was a one stop shop for us. So many extra options too that made the reception space even better. The LOVE letters were a very nice touch and the colored uplighting helped make our outdated reception hall look very bright and airy. The photobooth is a must for your wedding because all of my guests had such a great time with it. I have known Ryan for about the last 10 years. Over that time, I have used him for hire as well as recommended others to contact him for his services. I have attended parties where he has DJ'ed for 40 year olds as well as 16 year olds. For the past several year, the elementary school (K-Grade 5) that I work for has hired him for our end of the year celebration. Ryan is one of the most friendly people you will meet. He always ask about how my family is doing and genuinely cares about building relationship with his customers. Every time we work together, we discuss the audience and what type of music is to be played, then he accommodates appropriately by keeping the audience engaged with his extensive selection of music. We used R.S entertainment for officiant services and to provide the photo booth for our wedding. Ryan is definitely used to being a d. j which showed in how he spoke when officiated the ceremony but did do a decent job for not doing it much. He allowed my husband and I write our own vows and even came to the rehearsal to get the feel for how we wanted our ceremony to be which was really appreciated. He made sure that our marriage license got signed and was all good without coming directly to us about it at the reception so that helped with less stress on us. For the photo booth aspect we thought all of our guests really enjoyed all of the props that were provided, all of his equipment is pretty top notch as well. Our guest got as many photo strips as they wanted to which we incorporated them with our favors and it was really perfect! We got a disk cd mailed to us with all the pictures taken at the photo booth and we got some really good laughs. Ryan is a super friendly guy that got along with everyone that used the photo booth and all of our bridal party and parents as well! We had a great experience with Rs Entertainment from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, professional, and easy-going vendor to work with.

I was initially a little bit worried about our wedding music because I tend to really dislike some classic dance/party music like Love Shack, YMCA, etc. But Ryan talked to us multiple times before our wedding to ensure he had a very good idea of our personalities and music tastes. The client interface was really easy to use. There were three lists that we were encouraged to use: must play, maybe play, and do not play. This helped Greg to get an even better idea of our music preference.

In all, the music and the MCing went great! I had multiple guests come up to me both during and after the wedding to tell me how great the music was. Our dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. Also elected to add their Up-Lighting services which added just enough sparkle to our venue. We could not be happier with DJ Bryan!!!! He rocked the house!!!!!!!!!!!! We had an indie/ contemporary vibe while everyone ate and then went into the dance party! The dance floor was packed the whole night! We even had him for an extra few hours for an after party where he brought his talent to a whole other level. When he was spinning, I felt like I was at a club in Ibiza! He had awesome mixes, scratched and added beats that were insane. He was so great to work with and eager to please. Bryan is a well oiled machine with AMAZING talent. They guide you through the process of choosing the right music throughout the entire party. After our conference calls and working through the timeline and details of the event, we were so skied and 100% confident that it was going to be the party of the year. For our wedding, we had Bryan as our DJ. From the first time we met Bryan and all the way up to our wedding, Bryan was very professional and extremely flexible. We had met Bryan several months before our wedding and during that time he had gone over Rs Entertainment website along with our customizable wedding itinerary. One of things I appreciated most about Bryan, was the fact that he followed up with my wife and I before our wedding to obtain some necessary songs and information that he needed. He understood that we were extremely busy with the wedding and that some of the songs he needed had fallen off our list. Fortunately, solely based off of the music my wife and I had requested, Bryan was able to select a great song for the introductions of the wedding party. Bryan was also able to put two songs together for the Bride and Father dance and retrieve an acoustic version of our song from youtube.

For our wedding, we had also booked one of Rs Entertainments photo booths. Best part about the photo booth was the fact that my wife and I got copies of every picture taken that day. We also did not need to wait several weeks to get these pictures. An album containing copies of each picture taken was provided to us right after the wedding. My wife and I enjoyed being able to see all of the photos the next day before we left for our honeymoon.

Overall, I would highly recommend Bryan’s DJ skills and performance along with Rs Entertainment services for your wedding or event. More...

Our Wedding DJ Ryan was amazing! I changed my mind about the reception format/schedule several times and DJ Ryan was always accommodating and easy to work with. He had the dance floor packed throughout the entire evening. One of my guests told me she had always believed in having a band instead of a DJ for a wedding but if every DJ was as good as Ryan, she would definitely change her mind about that. Tyler was a dream come true, Planning the music for your wedding can be tricky, where do you start But he was a god send! The online client dashboard was so easy and helpful ! You can add songs you need to hear, and don't want to hear ! It is a helpful tool to help you put down all the needed information for you and your DJ. When planning our wedding music , I had about 75 % picked out but was still having a hard time with some of it. After speaking to Tyler he completely put me at ease, he made incredible suggestions and even came up with a mash up of songs for my father/daughter dance. He also sent me several suggestions on ceremony music, apps to look at on my Iphone and websites with lists of cake cutting songs, recessional and processional songs. Everything went so smooth and effortless, our venue was a bit different where we got married in one area, then had him move to a different area for cocktail area, again for dinner and once more for the dancing / cake cutting. Highly reccommend R S Entertainment!!! I have attended 5 other events including weddings and Christmas parties, DJed by him. Three of those events were booked by our friends, after they saw how well he did our daughter's wedding.
Ryan is a small business owner, who is a delight to work with. As mother-of-the bride, I wanted the best for my daughter's wedding but could not afford to spend a lot. R. S. Entertainment was more than able to provide that. He helped keep my nerves in check. He delievered on everything he promised. It was no surprise to find out that he is a perferred vendor at my daughter's wedding venue.
We approached him about providing dj services for a kickball tournment my daughter was running to raise money for wounded soliders. When he heard what it was for, he said he would donate his time, even though he was booked for a wedding later that day. Unfortunately, during our event, his mother was rushed to the hospital. He wanted to wait to hear how serious it was, rather than abandon us. We had to FORCE him to leave our event and go to the hospital. That is true professionalism!
My oldest daughter is getting married August 1, 2015 and Ryan will be our DJ. By booking him, we know everything will run smoothly. More...
