I have been seeing Roy for a few months now, during my recovery from Breast Cancer. Roy is brilliant, he has been a real rock in my corner. . He listens, supports, offers suggestions of positive ways to reset your thinking & overall has a great Positive Attitude. I used this service today because I have a fear of cats since childhood, I was a little apprehensive at first but once I got there the therapist made me feel comfortable and relaxed, by the end of the session I couldn’t wait to go home and face my fears, and low and behold the kitten that use to terrify me now seemed to be scared of me. I can finally be alone with my kitten and not scream or run the opposite direction. I am so grateful and would recommend this service to all those who want to over come a fear. I will work on the techniques that the therapist showed me at home and eventually I will be holding the kitten to not just walk past and stroking him. Hypnotherapy, Coaching, and Reiki all work brilliantly on line. I also blend hypnosis and Reiki for an even feeling of relaxation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
You would arrive wearing a mask, In my therapy room, we can work 2 meters apart the mask can be removed if you feel comfortable doing so.
