The service by Flying Colours has been provided on an open, honest and warm basis. It is clear that FC do want to deeply understand their customer’s needs and to sincerely strive to meet those needs. I have been impressed with the level of technical and market expertise of the advising staff and also the informal availability of the management of the business which has been instrumental in giving me the confidence to proceed to transfer out my pensions. The philosophy of low cost/high service levels afforded combined with a truly long term partnership with your customers is one that is very valuable and much appreciated. Having been able to closely question the CEO in person was very useful and it gave me added confidence that FC have got their strategic direction right and are able to deliver on their promises.The informal and flexible approach is another positive, alongside the painstaking and patient way in which you have enabled me to grasp a fairly complex subject and to arrive at an enormous financial decision has been appreciated. I would happily recommend Flying Colours as they recently assisted me with locating and reviewing a large number of separate Pension Schemes, which I had accumulated during my working career. This was a daunting task, which I'm sure many people are faced with, and my Financial Advisor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and understanding of my situation. I was surprised to read a recent review of the services provided by Flying Colours as my experience was completely different. I found them to offer me very good advice and allowed me as much time as required to answer all my questions during a telephone conference. All transactions were completed within the time frame allowed and I was very satisfied. The only reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was due to the fact that it is my first experience with financial advisors so had no benchmarks to refer to.
