Awful service. I ordered two samples of a tile and they sent me a cut sample and a full tile and they were uniformly dark grey. I ordered over £500 of tiles based on these samples and also the pictures and description on the website. When the tiles arrived they were nothing like the sample tiles and photos on the website. They had white streaks all over them. I asked for them to be taken back immediately. We asked the driver to take them back. He refused and drove off leaving them blocking our driveway on a pallet. Then we call Royale Stones and they tell us that we have to pay full costs to return them and also a levy charge to restock. I emailed them photos to show the difference between the samples we received and what we actually got . And they still refuse to pick them up and refund us without charging us for all the carriage back. And even more disgusting is that they have changed the description on the website now to say white streaks are there so we cannot question this. Do not buy tiles from them. We are lodging a complaint now with trading standards and our credit card company. Appalling customer service. Don't order from them. More...

Found this company online and ordered some samples.
We then ordered floor and wall tiles but my partner decided she didn't like the wall tiles. I contacted the company who issued a refund note and we ordered some new tiles from their website.
As we were close by we took the tiles to their warehouse and picked up the new ones. The refund was made the next day.
Everything went smoothly and their communication was excellent. Not sure about the bad reviews but their tiles are high quality, customer service is very good and prices are competitve.
We will definitely use them again and I would have no issues in recommending them to family and friends. More...
