A fantastic run group - love the lesson before the group dance. The shuffling of partners is also a great system, as it keeps everyone social and you get to meet a lot of people.

I don't get to go all the time as I usually dance WCS. When I do show up many people remember my name and are truly very friendly. The crowd at Royal City Swing are tops in friendliness, manners and a great bunch of dancers. Went to a friday night drop in class, and stayed for the event afterwards. It was such a lovely time. I don't drink, so this environment was perfect for a non-drinking Friday night. Lastly parents had kids there dancing too. That was so cool. They have a room in the corner where kids can play in too. Cant wait to go back. More...

Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Wide variety of swing music and dance styles. Always a great time. One block from Skytrain, and Browns Social House across the street is a great place for food and a drink before or after the dance.
