Oh my God these guys were great. They took us to the ship and back to the airport. They contacted me a couple days before and the day of they text me when they were on the road.  they called minutes before they were to our hotel.  van was beautiful and clean. We got emails telling the name of our chauffeur And the license number of our car.  Deon was great very polite very and nice. There  and back I change my times when I found out I could get on the ship earlier and we were getting off earlier, no problem  I am so glad I picked his company More...

Well when they send a email and tell you on the phone she will be there at 12:30 in bus 20 and at 1:15 pm we find a bus with the name Juan Chavez on it and a bus number of #8295 on it and a man driving it you suck

I contacted Royal Carriages recently to inquire about round trip pricing and availability. My family was travelling going on a Carnival Cruise and we needed transportation from Houston Hobby Airport to the Cruise Port and then back to the Airport upon our return. I sent my request through the website and received a written response from Sam Reehani and this was a part of the email:Please be aware that if the pick-up and/or drop-off location is located outside the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area, we charge travel time, meaning that we start time from when the vehicle leaves our office and ends when the vehicle returns to our office  located in the Galleria Area in Houston, Texas.Date of Service:12/13/2015Time of service:11:00AMType of Vehicle: Suv /Luxury-$235.00/Round TripEverything was fine until we returned. I called to advise Royal Carriages that We needed to be picked up & a rep by the name of Linda who is dispatch informed me that Mr. Reehani made a mistake and that the price quoted was actually a one way price and not round trip. I sent Linda the email confirmation to verify the price quoted and she offered a discount off of the return trip to compensate for the honest mistake. Driver went to wrong address, blamed it on me, said he did not have my phone number when it was on the form he was holding in his hands. He also was dressed in a shirt that looked as though he had been using it for a night shirt. We are having 600 retired attys visiting Houston in Dec and was going to use this firm for our transportation needs. They just blew a $10,000 deal. I asked for my trip from Galveston to be refunded and have not heard one word since. Guess that $165 was more important than 10K. What a joke for a company!!!!!! More...

So yeah this company is awesome I was very happy with the service. They were very quick nice and professional. I like the way they treat the client and made me feel like i was getting a great deal. Their prices are good. Their fleet is very clean and special. Also they are located in the part of the city where luxury is. I thank the driver for being a courteous man. Very good experience with these guys. First off, our driver was amazing all night. Wherever we were he found a way to come get us, filled our every request thank you so much Haydar! The car was nice but would have preferred black and also would have liked to see more up to date equipment usb power for phones, etc). That said, our driver had a connection for our iphones to play our music and even had Happy Birthday playing when the birthday girl hopped in. Will use again and will specifically request Haydar. The office staff also communicated regularly and timely prior to the pick up so appreciate that communication. More...

We rented two vehicles from this company for our wedding day. We got 2 different experiences with 2 different drivers/2 different vehicles. The first vehicle we got for the day was a 20 Passenger Black Limo Bus. The driver had NO idea where she was going, didn't even ask for help with directions, and a 10 minute ride took 30 minutes. Plus on top of that, there was NO AC, the driver had to use the emergency pull to open the door, and the radio didn't work. So having the majority of our wedding party crammed in the bus with NO AC was horrible. Our exit vehicle was a 10 passenger black regular limo. Our driver was awesome and so accommodating! We were running 5-10 minutes behind schedule and he was so nice to wait a few extra minutes, and when he dropped us off at our hotel, he helped with all our luggage while we checked in. He was awesome! I would totally use this company again, but would definitely not request the same Limo Bus. More...

Absolutely the most reliable I've ever met.  Called them at the last minute after another service backed out because they failed to plan for Houston traffic (duh), and Royal Carriages stepped right up and took the fare.  Same price.  Seriously, their driver was professional and courteous and even waited for us as we were a few minutes late getting out the door.  Will definitely use again.
