Before working with Roxanne I had ideas, content, and the desire to create a course. What I lacked however was the system and structure necessary to achieve my desired objective.
In stepped Roxanne who made it happen. What makes her different from the regular system oriented and process based professional is her heart-centred approach. She worked with me to create that which I had visualized.

What do you love most about your job?
The greatest reward for me is seeing my clients achieve the results that they desire. I have found that entrepreneurs and business owners can often feel isolated, so having someone like me to discuss and expand on their vision can prove to be priceless.
I am adept at grasping a concept and then turning it into a simple and effective system or programme that works for my client. I love possibility, so being able to facilitate personal and business growth with my clients is the reason that I do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business when my children were young, as I wanted to have the flexibility to work hours that suited me. They are now young men. I have always helped people to pursue ideas, so coaching and business consultancy are a natural fit for my skills, and I have extensive business experience to support my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose to work with me if they want someone who is as committed to their success as they are. Not all businesses can afford to have a full time Chief Financial Officer, so I will fulfil that role (on a freelance basis) enabling the business to grow.
