Great workmanship. The lads were polite as always and if I needed anything (as I did) I would just drop a message/email or have a chat and resolve the query. I requested extra doors to be hung too, and paid the updated price. They team were clean and removed a vast majority if waste. One of the great things I found too was the knowledge. If I had questions about extra work I myself was doing, the team at rowing were always there to help. The plaster has since been by on numerous occasions to help advise me on issues. Brilliant company, team and guys. Would highly recommend them.” More...

Rowing Restoration and team renovated a dilapidated Victorian seafront house from top to bottom. This meant it had to be deconstructed and more or less everything replaced.
The house has 4 storeys so this was some project. The work included a complete stripping out of plaster inside and old pebbledash render on the outside front and back, and plastering inside and re-rendering the whole building on the outside, front and back. His team prepared the house for the plumber and electrician, took down walls, organised new windows for the entire house, renovated every single door in the house so they all opened and closed (which none of them did before), replacement of all the timber floors with new timber and all the skirting, preparing walls and floors for tiler, damp proofing where needed, replacement of a rotten balcony, in fact everything to update the house. He didn’t put in the kitchen but did the shelving and wardrobes elsewhere in the house which has gone from one step away from falling down to the beautiful building it always was. Craig understood the brief and that I wanted to keep the essential Victorian features of the house. Craig and his team are exceptionally nice and I would be happy to work with them again as they did such an excellent job. I can honestly say I was sorry to see them go - well almost!"
