What do you love most about your job?
Providing a compliant service to our clients and keeping them informed at every step of the way. Our clients appoint us believing we are knowledgeable in our field so if we can educate our clients on their tax obligations in good time, then there should not be any surprises.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Quite simply, I thought that I could do better than the experience I had with my past accountants. I often felt that I was paying for their service and that was it, there was no interaction, no real relationship with them and I often had to question everything they did. I want my clients to feel valued, not taken advantage of and kept informed at every stage.
