I received one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Keith, the beer guy, was so incredible helpful and friendly with helping me pick out some sour beers! People complaining about cost here need to chill. It’s the price you pay for convenience + quality. Roth’s has the shortest lines, the freshest produce (for a store), a full bakery, deli, tons of fresh beef, seafood and specialty cuts. They also sell a lot of local products and support the community. The wine and beer selection is top notch and the staff is friendly as can be. If money is an issue but you want fresh veggies etc, then buy most of your groceries at Waremart and your produce at Roth’s. That’s what I do, works great. More...

We had the pleasure of working with Roth's Fresh Catering for our wedding on August 24th in Silverton, OR and we have nothing but great things to say about them. The food is delicious, and we got so many compliments on it. One of our guests said, "That was the best wedding food I have ever had!" They are also very easy to work with and are flexible with substitutions for dietary needs or allergies as needed. We wanted to rave about the wait staff that was there to help us on the big day. April and two others (who's names I didn't catch) went above and beyond. Everything was always fully stocked and looked beautiful. They even brought additional decor to spruce up the buffet table. All around we are very impressed with Roth's Fresh Catering and would highly recommend them to anyone. The only thing we would have liked to happen differently is if there was a way to pay the bill online instead of over the phone or in person, but in retrospect that's a very small detail and not a dealbreaker for us. VIP Experience! Wow, thank you so much, Wendy!Customer service still exists here, and I was treated like I was the only priority in the Floral department! It was my first visit to this location, but as I headed to the floral department, I was kindly, and promptly greeted by Wendy. What an extraordinary asset she is! Not only was she kind, patient, and prompt, she even allowed me to view, and select the specific flowers for 4 custom arrangements, and showed me an extensive variety of vases within the budgets I had set.
