A bad experience with a national chain bank turned my husband and I off from the home-buying process for nearly a year. Because of that we were wholly unprepared (e. g. no pre-approval in place) when we stumbled upon our dream home this past October. Enter Ross. Our realtor introduced us around 6pm on a Sunday evening and in just a few hours Ross helped us gather and prepare everything we needed to generate a pre-approval. We submitted an offer that same night. That level of responsiveness and personalization set the tone for the rest of our experience. Ross was super communicative, patiently answered all our questions and met the buyer’s aggressive timeline during the busy holiday season.
