Jon's team did an outstanding job staging a 6400 sq ft home that was 80% remodeled. It was a large house that had a few areas that were really outdated. However the view was spectacular and there were many elements we needed to carefully highlight and not highlight. He nailed the furniture choice and understood the flow of traffic to make sure we highlighted all the strengths of the house. Jon was the second designer that my clients interviewed. He was on time, professionally dressed and went directly to the clients (who were paying for his services) and introduced himself. This may seem trite but in my business, the most important person is the client and Jon made sure that my clients felt that. Once he had toured the home, he took his time in reviewing his services with my clients and made sure they understood the terms of their contract, while making sure he addressed their concerns about having no "fluff" for staging.
They decided to go with Rocichelli Design and were not disappointed. Jon's team did an amazing job staging the home, bringing out the best qualities of the home with classic, tasteful furnishings along with a bit of an eclectic flair. My clients loved it and most importantly, the potential buyers along with their brokers were full of compliments. We were under contract within 6 days. We scheduled the removal of the staging and again, Jon's team did an amazing job of removing their furnishings leaving the home vacant and perfect.
