How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The garage should have and internal and external wall. There should be enough headroom from floor to ceiling (2.400 meters). You will also require Building Regulation and Planning Permission Approval.

Submit to Council approval for change of use.
Once passed conversion can be started.
Replace door and brick up with window (if required).
Install electrics as required.
Board out and plaster, lay floor as appropriate, paint and finish.
