I needed to order flowers to send to my mother-in-law after the loss of her sister. I reside in California and turned to Yelp for florist suggestions. Rosa personally answered the phone and took the order. The transaction was seemless. Rosa put together a beautiful arrangement and sent me a text photo of my order! Rosa attempted to deliver the arrangement the same day, but was unsuccessful as my mother-in-law was not home. Rosa called me, and advised that she would deliver the flowers the following day. True to her word, Rosa hand delivered the flowers the next day. Â It is rare today that you get such kind service. It was greatly appreciated. Â It is clear that to Rosa this is more than a job- it is her passion. Â I will undoubtedly turn to Rosa in the future (hopefully for happy occasions)! More...
