What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to find happiness, success and fulfilment in their personal and professional lives gives me great pleasure ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
To follow my dream and do what I love. I was also having an increasing number of conversations with friends, family members, work mates and business contacts about the growing number of people experiencing increased anxiety, depression and extreme stress in their personal and professional lives. During an era where there is a much faster pace of life and increasing pressures on our time, inevitably there has been a rise in people feeling over-worked, sometimes alone and generally unsettled in life; having very little time to focus on their own personal development and growth. Rootball Coaching & Consultancy was set up in response to this problem, to help people to leave behind the things that are holding them back and find new ways to overcome these challenges, obstacles and set-backs in their personal and professional lives.
