The challenge of creating a plan for a business owner or manager that will make a difference as it is "owned" by that individual or team and hoping they want it to be implemented and show results more than I do.

Working for much of my life in senior roles and controlling teams through geographical structures has provided me with great insight into what seems to get lost in translation and how many concepts are ruined by too many plans and conditions through third-party interference.
