What do you love most about your job?
The challenge of creating a plan for a business owner or manager that will make a difference as it is "owned" by that individual or team and hoping they want it to be implemented and show results more than I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for much of my life in senior roles and controlling teams through geographical structures has provided me with great insight into what seems to get lost in translation and how many concepts are ruined by too many plans and conditions through third-party interference.
My inspiration to help others is to manage this form of restriction on "free-thinkers" within organisations and to help create plans that can be implemented rather than destroyed through over-thinking.
