Great place for a weekend get away! We booked the spa and stayed in the lodges and both were a great surprise! No nosy crowds around the lodges which were super cosy and modern and the neighbours were super friendly! The spa is very serene and the massage chair was just like the real thing! visited today with group of girls , hot tubs lovely, staff always welcoming and professional service. we even were brought our glasses of prosecco to enjoy in the hot tub , which made us feel special.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to say a massive thank you to Lin & I really couldn’t recommend Rookery Bridal enough. I had tried on a considerable number of dresses before my appointment at Rookery and couldn’t find what I was looking for. The range of dresses available at Rookery is fantastic and Lin is so knowledgeable without pushing “for a sale”. I felt welcome and at home from the moment we walked through the door. Me and my partner went here for his birthday! After reading some of the views we were a bit sceptical but there is no need to be it is absolutely beautiful! Everything was perfect from start to finish! The room was above expectation the food was delicious breakfast and dinner! And to top it off we spent a full day in the spa facilities hot tub sauna steam room reflexology room and hydro pool and we finished the day with a relaxing massage! I just can’t thank the staff enough they were so friendly so helpful and just the whole atmosphere was amazing! They even added birthday banners in our room for my partner which was such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended we will be visiting again! The scenery is beautiful too! We stayed in one of the rooms by the Spa, the rooms were modern and large for two persons. The beds were Queen sized and comfortable. The bathroom had a huge bath and shower which were both great. The room was clean and had a nice big TV opposite the bed. The Spa was nice and relaxing and the staff were superb. ||Now the not so great part: The restaurant looked really dated and maybe like something from Katie Price's bedroom, (all mirrors and crystals), the waiter was not really loving his job and the music choice was a little weird for Breakfast.. Agadoo by Black Lace, really? Maybe they haven't changed the CD since the 80s, who knows? We decided to eat out and went to a local pub called the Waterloo Arms, which was superb and definitely worth a visit.||Overall, the choice of a nice hotel with a Spa was a little limited in this area, and we were told this place was the best in the area, just a shame it come up a little short. We Highly Recommend this wonderful place. We booked the Autumn Escape package which was a large lovely room in the Lavender Deluxe rooms, full spa use, hot tubs and a swedish massage, All of which was absolutely fantastic. Also included afternoon spa lunch, evening meal and breakfast the following morning. 100% Satisfaction with everything and All Staff, both in the hotel and in the spa and treatment rooms were fabulously kind, caring and helpful. I have stayed at Rookery Manor with my wife twice now and both trips have been great. Once we stayed in a suite, which was amazing and the second we had a standard room, which was fine.
