Initial contact good. Some damage to property caused by scaffolding, but roofers were timely, polite + tidy.
Heavy rain after completion showed leak was not fixed.
Roofwise returned to review + make good.
However, the leak remains. Roofwise state that it is baffling, and (despite not having identified the leak's cause, + having no idea for possible investigation) they recommend complete re-roof of the property (which is 18 years old + in good repair apart from the gable end leak).
An independent professional assessment identified that Roofwise's work was of poor quality, with gaps already apparent in mortar after only a few weeks. Sealant was smeared messily over poor mortar-work + elsewhere, obstructing the drip-grooves in the gable-end coping stones - adding work for the roofer I will have to employ to rectify Roofwise's failed repair.
I paid almost £2000 for a repair that Roofwise incorrectly specified / carried out, then abandoned.
I would NOT recommend Roofwise (UK) Limited.

What a fantastic company to deal with. We had our complete roof over clad and from start to finish our job was dealt with quickly and very professionally. They were very well organised and all the guys were great to deal with, a real credit to the company. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.
