If I could give a rating of 10 stars, I absolutely would. The work that RoofPro performed was nothing short of SUPERB!! From the beginning with the free estimate, to the end with my new roof installation, the staff, salesman (Brendan), project coordinator (Brandon), and workers were the utmost PROFESSIONAL and efficient. Each one of them patiently answered all of my questions, and I had LOTS of questions. There was no pressure in their sales pitch, and were reasonably priced. They gave me adequate time to consider their company. I cannot begin to express how PLEASED I am with their workmanship. Furthermore, they were careful with my property as well as my neighbor's property, and did a spectacular job with clean up. Even more importantly, they were PROMPT and COURTEOUS. I had previously seen this company do some really incredible work on some commercial buildings and decided to give them a shot installing a skylight in my home. The team was professional, courteous, and did 5 star work. Of course there was a hiccup with the trim not covering the space of the old skylight (not their fault by any means) and they still came in and put in some awesome trim and made it look fantastic! I had my roof replaced because of a hail storm damage with a other company. They fixed the roof alright but messed up my skylight. I called them back and said the problem was fixed but it wasn’t. I called RoofPro with low expectations because of my bad experience with that other company. They showed on time, which I liked. They also took pictures and explained what was the problem and how they could fix it. They also took pictures of the work in progress and the final work. Back in March we had a wind storm where the roof lost some shingles. We placed a claim with our Property Insurance Company. While we were waiting to hear from them the rains came and we were experiencing some leaks.Once the Insurance adjuster came, he put a tarp on the roof. We were still experiencing leaks coming through afterwards in which the Insurance Company informed us that we needed to get the roof tarped where the leaks were coming from. We did as instructed. However we sprung another leak and this time we called Roof PRO. They came right out and tarped us. We are still in the process of getting the roof fixed.RoofPRO was very professional and courteous. We highly recommend RoofPRO! We did the normal routine with getting a few different quotes and some were the nationally known companies. None of them came close to the level of expertise, time and attention we received from Jim with RoofPRO. The whole roof, including new boards, to our house AND shed was replaced in ONE day. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, the professionalism and how quickly they completed the work. Brandon, the Project Manager was very attentive to any concerns we had and our safety entering and exiting our house.We've unfortunately had some bad experiences with other contractors and companies in the past so it's refreshing to find a good reliable company like RoodPRO. We chose RoofPro after getting several quotes from different roofing companies. I felt like the sales person from RoofPro was the most approachable. When we talked with him it seemed less like a sales pitch and more like a friend or family member trying to help us find what would get the most for our money. It was not high-pressure sales, which I appreciated. They worked with our budget to provide the highest quality for the lowest price. After we signed the contract, RoofPro communicated well about the dates to drop off materials and install the roof. They finished our big roof in one day when they had estimated two, and the workers were respectful and willing to answer any questions we had. They protected our gutters well and once they finished the roof they cleaned around the house thoroughly to get rid of any debris (including the leaves around the house, which was an unexpected bonus). The foreman walked around the house with us after the roof was finished and described what they had done and made sure everything was how we wanted it. The new roof looks really good on our house and the ridge vent and everything looks well done. Since then we've had plenty of rain and some snow to test it and it's holding up great, no leaks. As their blog confirms, we have used this contractor for several projects dealing with the exterior of our house and our siding project just reaffirms why we started working with RoofPro in the first place. When we bought our home, we knew the roof was nearing the end of its life, but what we did not suspect is that the siding was done in such a way that it looked nice, but the workmanship was less than ideal. Over time, we had issues with shingles blowing away or becoming semi-detached from our house. We also had issues with water getting behind the siding in strange ways.Based on all of their previous work, RoofPro was the first and only call we made for this project.
