The damage caused to our roof by the recent deluge of heavy snow and ice was extensive. All the guttering had either collapsed or was in the process of collapsing and a lot of the tiles were broken or had fallen off completely. Roofing Repair Services who were dealing with one of our neighbour's roof opposite came across to give us advice and an estimate as to how much it would cost to repair and replace all the broken tiles, guttering and downpipes etc.We thought the price they quoted was reasonable and as they could start the work straight away, we gave them the go ahead pretty much on the spot. The work was carried out the very next day and completed to a very high standard. I would most highly recommend Roofing Repair Services, and mo so Richard. In may this year I unfortunately took on the services of a North Bristol builder who did a complete botch job re- roofing my utility room. Polite and gave a clear price. Best of all he was honest. I had been told by another roofer that I needed work on my ridge tiles after asking for quote on other work . However Richard examined my roof and explained to me why it was unnecessary ! I would use him again . Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that work just completely 4 weeks ago,so always like to wait to see if all still OK in 12 months which by the look it will be. I had several companies quote to carry out the repair & Richard the business proprietor was so professional - he explained what he would & couldnt do & quoted me. The work was carried out on the day he said / for the price he quoted & was finished at the time he said - excellent.Since the repair someone looked on the roof & asked who had done the work - I explained fearing the work was substandard. Instead the guy said it was one of the most immaculate repairs he had seen & asked for his details as he would use him in the future.
