The company removed moss today, cleared the guttering and put new mortar on the ridge tiles.

I have used them before for removing moss, gutter clearing and installing eve covers.

You get a fixed price quote, the last one included roof tile inspection with repair or replace and upon acceptance a contract. This is reassuring as there are no changes or hidden costs.

Wesley gave us a very good view of what our roof needed (it's an old house), and his team worked on fixing the secondary roof, reusing most of the tiles (which saved money) and just adding a few new ones, re-doing some lead flashing that was needed, and added some vents.
Everything was done in one day and the quotation was acurate.
Another great thing was that we had been advised to completely re-do all the roof, and Wesley told us that there was no actual need for that, and he explained the reasons.
This was a very good approach and his honesty saved us money that we didn't need to spend right now. More...
