I was surprised at how hard these guys worked to soft wash my roof tiles by hand, they arrived promptly at 8 am on the day agreed and worked extremely hard over two days to give me a lovely clean roof free of moss and with no blasting or damage. The men turned up promptly at 8am and were hard at work cleaning our roof on what was a dreary drizzly day. They had a well earned late lunch break when another man turned up with their lunch and he took over from them and cleaned the garage roof. They used tarpaulins to catch the dirt, which was considerable, and protected our caravan by covering it with a plastic sheet. The sludge all around the house was awful, but the men did a very good job clearing up and continued after dark. They finally left at 6pm. One man returned the next day to do pointing where necessary. Fortunately the weather was so much drier. We are well pleased with our lovely clean roof and hope that we will not get badly clogged gutters for at least the next five years. More...

I have nothiing but praise for the work done by Roof Cleaning Solutions. I booked them at the end of February to clean our roof and patio on Monday 1st April. I received an email reminder from them at the weekend confirming they would be at our home on the Monday morning for 8am. 2 guys actually arrived at 7:45am in their sign-written van and started work immediately. They worked like trojians the whole time they were here, and did not leave until they were finished at 7pm. The roof and patio look amazing and the amount of people that stop and look as they walk past is testiment to the quality of the work they have done. Having searched on the internet and found RCS I filled in their online application form for a quote to have our roof cleaned and had a reply within 20 minutes, it was a really good price and so we accepted it and a time and date for the work to be done was arranged, on the agreed date they arrived at 7. 15am (three quarters of an hour earlier than expected) and immediately started working on the roof and then worked absolutely solidly for 10 hours straight… These chaps are real grafters!!They laid sheets down to protect the lawn and the amount of lichen and moss that came off the roof was unbelievable, there were shed loads but they cleaned up really well afterwards and apart from a brand new looking roof and driveway you would never have known that they had been. Their work was absolutely faultless and the transformation to our house was truly amazing, they were friendly, polite and I truly admire their work ethics, If ever you need your roof cleaning look no further, I can highly recommend them. I came across Roof Cleaning Solutions via a Google search, and liked their website and how easy and straight forward everything was. It took a mere 5 days from getting the quote to having a clean roof (and guttering!). Communication was great and the team arrived on time, exactly as announced in a reminder message sent the day before. The guys were very friendly and did a fantastic job. The roof and guttering looks like new, and they left everything nice and clean. I think the price they quoted for was fair, given the great job they did. A highly professional company, we were kept in touch every step of the way, arriving on time after a 4 hour journey to Cheshire! They hardly stopped for any breaks, they were personalable & efficient, taking great care to sheet all around the house & cleaning up when the job was completed. We would have no reservations whatsoever about referring this brilliant company to anybody who wants their roof cleaned. They arrived at 8.00 am on the Saturday morning (after having already driven for 4 hours!). They then worked without a break through wind, rain, thunder and lightning and after cleaning up all the mess which had come off our roof, they finished at about 5.30 pm. They then had their 4 hour return drive home again. They were so obliging, agreeing to our request to cover the roof of our new conservatory and our pond so no debris went on to or into them and nothing was too much trouble. 2 guys from roof cleaning services arrived at 8 am at my door, having driven for 4 hours to get to our house probably 175 miles away from their base. They worked without apparent break, refusing any teas or coffees I offered them, as they wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. They worked for 11.5 solid hours before they had finished and cleaned up ALL of the mess that was created.They were exceptional, and you would most likely not have the same standard of work ethic and commitment from aný other group of workers you could employ.
