Personalised sessions based on an individuals needs wether it’s to loose weight and toning up or gaining weight , toning up or just getting fitter . Training will be done with weight training and as well as cardiovascular training . (Dumbbells, resistance machine, boxing , TRX , weight training )

So I signed up with Ron 1 year ago his PT sessions have been fantastic and also the diet plan & training plan that he has put me on has been great .
I do one session per week with him which has been a great help on getting me where I am today
If you are thinking of starting the gym to get in shape , loose a bit of body fat , or even build up your muscles Ron is your man
He has been a fantastic PT and I would not have lost all my weight, with out his help & encouragement

I love my PT sessions with Ron. He makes every session fun and always mixes it up by making me try new things. The plan he gave me was easy to follow and I saw improvements really quickly. My favourite thing is he keeps checking in with you regarding your diet by whatsapp to keep you on track.
If you do fall off the wagon he has the right balance of giving you a little bit of a telling off but also encourages you not to dwell on it, brush yourself off and get back on it!

Ron is the best PT ever..... When we train (twice a week) we do something different every time so I don't get bored. He keeps me on track and pushes me hard every session. So far I have lost 11 kg with Ron, my body size and shape has changed dramatically for the better, the results are amazing. I actually look forward to my sessions, with him. I sometimes find that i need an extra push in the gym when by myself so working with Ron frequently has helped focus my work outs and given me confidence to push through!

He tailors each workout to what is required and keeps being inventive - we never do the same thing.

He's flexible and extremely friendly in his approach - would definitely recommend.

Ron is an excellent personal trainer. Having used PTs before it was a relief to finally experience a PT that personalises the program and objectives properly.

Ron listens to you, configures the program and focus so it's balanced correctly, achievable and encouraging as well.

Ron is also very specific about form and technique so getting the best out of what you can do and not just hitting numbers. One of my issues is motivation and Ron is always helping me work on that instead of just pushing me. The mental barrier is half my battle and I'm getting better at overcoming it now.

I've been training with Ron for about a year and a half. It's been the best experience ever he gets to know you inside and out. Ron is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He has kept me motivated and to just keep on going and never give up. My shape and size has changed significantly that I'm 2 dress sizes smaller. Ron has been training me for two years so I think it’s reasonable now to leave some feedback. I’m not a natural gym user and I’ve struggled mentally to use it regularly and maintain my health. However, Ron has taken me on a journey which has helped me improve my health, improve my diabetes (lowered my long term blood sugars), and helped me overcome my gym motivation drops. He not only focuses on form but finds a plan and psychologically helps you understand your weaknesses and overcome them. I enjoy the gym now and have not become some fanatical gym crazy.
